PUPPY HEAD START & SOCIALIZATION
3:30 PM Sunday - (At Tarzana Park) 1 hour per week for 4 weeks. For puppies from 10 weeks to 6 months and focuses on socializing puppies with other puppies, people, different surfaces/textures, sights, sounds, etc. A basic marker introduction is included as well as basics such as sit, come, and friendly greetings. This is a wonderful start to setting your puppy up for success throughout their life!
Group Classes
*dates, locations and times are variable.* (At Tarzana Park) 1 hour per week for 6 weeks. We cover clicker training basics, focus, sit, down, stay in both positions, come when called, leave it (don't touch it), heel position, loose leash walking, and waiting at gates and doorways. This course also includes AKC STAR Puppy testing (for dogs under 1 year of age) at our quarterly test.
Dates and times are variable.* (At Tarzana Park) 1 hour per week for 6 weeks. This is a continuation class from beginning obedience, geared toward helping your dog pass the Canine Good Citizen test. Intermediate level adds distance and distraction to your dog's basic commands, including "go to your bed," a wonderful behavior to reinforce when you have guests over or want to enjoy a lunch outing with your dog! We also cover movement in heel position, ensuring out dog stays by our side when walking through crowds or greeting another person and dog.
Dates and times are variable.* (At Tarzana Park, near the recreation center) 1 hour per week for 6 weeks. For intermediate graduate students (or with approval from the instructor). This course prepares you and your dog for the Canine Good Citizen test and AKC Community Canine Test.
Dates and times are variable.* 1 hour per week for 6 weeks. Tricks levels go from 1 to 6, depending on what you want your dog to learn! Tricks are great for building bonds and confidence and they're FUN for both you and your dog!

Begins at Tarzana Park and travels each week! 1 hour per week for 6 weeks. This class covers everything your dog needs to know to earn their AKC CGCU title! We will meet at various locations to practice behaviors around distractions, learn how to ride an elevator, learn how to enter a store politely and how to navigate in a human world! This class is essential for potential therapy dogs, emotional support animals and service dogs.
Dates and times are variable* (At Tarzana Park) 1 hour per week for 6 weeks. An introduction to the wonderful and addicting sport of obedience by signs. This requires skill in heelwork (must have completed Intermediate Obedience) and a good sense of direction!
